Olde Time Mac Inc. is a fully Canadian owned and operated company!  Our team has been helping people with their Macs for over 15 years and now we’re providing our quality pre-owned Apple products to all of Canada!  Buy with confidence from Olde Time Mac!

What if I have questions before or after I purchase?

Can I buy a PC from you as well?


Sorry – NO!  Olde Time Mac focuses on Certified Pre-Owned Apple products like Macs, iPads and iPhones.

Why should I buy from Olde Time Mac?


If you are looking for a pre-owned Mac, iPad or iPhone in Canada then we are the BEST choice for you!  Our teams of specialists work very hard to ensure we provide only high quality Apple products to our Canadian clients!  With our 90 day warranty and 14 day hassle-free return policy you’ll see we stand behind everything we sell!  In fact, most of our friends and relatives are using Certified Pre-Owned Macs, iPads and iPhones from Olde Time Mac!

 

Why is my warranty only 90 days? Can I arrange for it to be longer? 


90 days allows enough time for you to be confident that the item you purchased is in great working condition.  If you wish to increase the coverage beyond 90 days we offer the Olde Time Mac Protection Plan (OTMPP)!  For an additional fee, OTMPP extends coverage to 1 or 2 years.  OTMPP Coverage is available at time of purchase only so please decide before you buy!

How do I know these are quality Certified Pre-Owned products?


Olde Time Mac certifies all the pre-owned products we sell!  When preparing our computers for sale our team of technical specialists spend over two hours of quality service time performing a thorough 24 Point Inspection on all major components (including a thorough product cleaning) to ensure your product is 100% ready to go!  With our 14 day hassle-free return policy you can buy with confidence!

Why shouldn't I just buy a new one?

What if my product stops functioning? 


Our team of technical specialists can diagnose and repair all issues with the products well sell.  We provide both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs at our facility.

How do I protect my data?


Backing up your data is VERY important!  We recommend that all users should be backing up regularly!  If you are in doubt about your backup or want to get started with one then please reach out to us and we can provide you with advice to get your backup plan started!  Please note: Olde Time Mac takes no responsibility for customer data!

 

How do I return my product?

I dropped or spilled liquid inside my product. Can I return it?


Products that have been damaged or abused by the customer cannot be returned for a refund. However, we can help facilitate a repair. Contact us at: info@oldetimemac.ca

How long do I have to return my purchase?

How do I know my payment and personal information are secure?

Can I pay via Interac E-transfer?


YES, you can select Interac E-transfer when checking out and then send payment to: info@oldetimemac.ca.  Our staff will confirm receipt of payment and process your order.

Can I pay via cash, cheque or money order?


Sorry, not at this time.

 

What shipping method do you use?


Olde Time Mac Inc. primarily uses Canada Post for deliveries.  In times of postal disruption we may need to ship via alternate carriers.  If you require your package to be shipped via UPS or FEDEX then please contact us and we can calculate a shipping rate for your carrier of choice.

What kind of packaging do you use?


We typically use cardboard shipping boxes with air cushioned internal packaging to ensure your product arrives undamaged!

What if my product arrives damaged or goes missing?


Please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP!
