Return Policy

Olde Time Mac (referred to as “we” below) has a 14 Day no-hassles return policy on most items in our online store. This includes but is not limited to Laptops, iPhones and iPads.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply if the product is no longer in original, resaleable condition. The restocking fee may also apply if a product is authorized for return outside of the normal time window.  *ask for details.

If you have discarded the original shipping box then it will be your responsibility to obtain a similar-sized box with appropriate packing materials for the return shipment.

At our discretion and for most geographic locations in Canada Olde Time Mac will cover Canada Post shipping for returns. *ask for details.

Any approved refunds will be made via the original form of payment through the original payment provider (PAYPAL).

In all cases returns are at the sole discretion of Olde Time Mac.

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS must be made immediately or any future reported damage to units will be deemed “customer abuse” and as such repairs requested in those cases will not be covered.
