Most orders placed online will be finalized and shipped within 2 week-days, not including holidays. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order immediately due to product availability issues, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or select an alternate product.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number as each shipment is released. Orders containing multiple items will ship entirely, or as items become available.

Shipping costs depend on the order value and the destination, and will be calculated at time of checkout, before you enter in your payment information.
